Join Our Team as a KMA On-Site Coordinator!

Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in implementing cutting-edge ITS and electrical systems within infrastructure projects? We are seeking a dedicated KMA On-Site Coordinator to join our dynamic team, working primarily on road and tunnel projects. This role is based at our headquarters in Stockholm but will also require on-site presence at various project locations.

About the Role

As a KMA On-Site Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of ensuring quality, environmental, and safety standards are met across our projects. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new role within our rapidly growing company, which is part of a leading international tech firm specializing in infrastructure system integration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients and stakeholders on-site.
  • Review and manage subcontractor documentation, including work preparations and incident reports.
  • Lead environmental efforts on-site, conducting safety rounds and managing documentation.
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance through regular checks and documentation follow-ups.
  • Implement and audit quality assurance procedures as needed.
  • Represent the company in KMA and project meetings, providing reports to management.
  • Create and manage KMA-related documentation such as risk analyses and monthly reports.
  • Oversee subcontractor work to ensure adherence to planned guidelines.
  • Receive, verify, and log materials before installation.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks using the client's documentation platform.
  • Support KMA issues in other Nordic projects.
  • Collaborate with HR to ensure workplace routines align with central guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for a structured, solution-oriented individual with a strong understanding of contracts and business acumen. Proficiency in digital tools and MS Office is essential.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in tunnel infrastructure projects.
  • Technical knowledge of tunnel infrastructure systems (e.g., variable message signs, CCTV, communication networks, electrical systems).
  • Experience working with Trafikverket as an end client.
  • Certification in BAS-P/U or experience in a similar role.

Salary ranges from 468,000 to 660,000 SEK per year, based on experience and market value.
